Splash Pad Closed during Phase 3
A few weeks ago, the Governor of Illinois laid out his 5-stage plan to Restore Illinois. You can find the plan and frequently asked questions at https://www.dph.illinois.gov/restore. Currently Illinois including Lake County – is in Phase 3 of the plan. Under Phase 3, swimming pools (indoor and outdoor) or splash pads are not open for use and should remain closed. While our splash pad is currently closed, we might be able to open in Phase 4. Phase 4 could happen at the earliest by June 26 if the Northeast region meets the required metrics set forth by the Restore Illinois plan.

LIVE MUSIC IN THE PARKS UPDATE
The last few months have been unprecedented for all of us as we navigate and work through the COVID-19 crisis. The Community Partners, have decided to cancel our first five Live Music in the Parks concerts due to the recommendations and restrictions on large gatherings. While we understand and share in the disappointment related to this very difficult decision, we must now focus on the health, safety, and well-being of our communities, residents, staff, and concert attendees. We will continue to monitor this situation and make decisions regarding the rest of the summer concerts at a later date.
