The Lindenhurst Park District’s Annual Egg Hunt is still on but will be done a little differently this year. COVID restrictions have forced a few changes and we hope you all will understand. The bunny has dropped off some fun-filled eggs so kids ages 2-10 can register to find them at their favorite local park. Space is limited at each location, so register early. Registration begins on March 9, at 9am. Thank you to our sponsors First Midwest Bank and Orthodontic Specialists of Lake County.

Phase 4 Updates
On Wednesday, February 3, 2021, IDPH announced that Region 9 (Lake and Mchenry counties) would move to Phase 4 Guidance beginning Wednesday, February 3, 2021. IDPH will continue to track the positivity rates and hospital capacity metrics in regions over 14-day monitoring periods to determine if mitigations can be relaxed if additional mitigations are required, or if current mitigations should remain in place. If a region again experiences a sustained resurgence of COVID-19 with mitigations in place, a return to stricter measures may be necessary to curtail the further spread.
For more details on the Restore Illinois Mitigation Plan please, visit https://www.dph.illinois.gov/regionmetrics?regionID=9
