Haunted Trail is taking a NEW path for 2026!
This year, we’re bringing that tradition to a new location: the Lindenhurst Park District Community Center at 2200 E. Grass Lake Road.
The move allows us to bring more Halloween activities together in one location while still keeping the fun, spooky atmosphere families have come to expect each year.
You’ll still find the Haunted Trail, bonfire, family activities, food trucks, entertainment, and plenty of Halloween surprises just in a brand-new setting.
Same Halloween tradition. New location, New trail. Even more family fun!
New Playgrounds Coming Soon!
Through the support, dedication, and sponsorship of IL State Representative Joyce Mason, the Lindenhurst Park District secured a Department of Economic and Development Grant, to replace both Auburn Meadows and Heritage Trails playgrounds. The demolition and replacement of these playgrounds will take place during the months of September/October 2026.
