Live Music in the Parks featuring Lara Bell, at the Lehmann Mansion, has been cancelled due to wet field conditions and is rescheduled for Wednesday, August 27.

Linden’s Landing Property Update
Due to the ongoing Lake Shore Drive/Sprucewood Lane/Hawthorne Drive Road Construction Project that affects the Lindenhurst Park District’s Linden’s Landing property at 2100 Sprucewood Lane, the park property will be closed until further notice. This includes the volleyball court, beach, swim area, and shelter. Meyer’s Beach, located at 325 High Point Drive on Lake Linden, will remain open this season. Coming Soon – Lewis Park Redevelopment Project
Exciting changes are on the horizon for Lewis Park! Thanks to the OSLAD Grant, the park will soon feature a brand-new playground with a safe surface, inviting children of all ages to play and explore. In addition, enhancements to the basketball and tennis/pickleball courts will invigorate community engagement in sports and recreational activities. The park’s aesthetics will also receive a boost with refreshed landscaping and expanded green spaces, offering a serene retreat for residents to enjoy nature. Accessibility is a priority, as the project will incorporate ADA-compliant features, ensuring everyone can enjoy the new amenities. Lastly, upgraded picnic areas and community gathering spaces. The expected completion date is Fall 2025.
