The Music in the Box classes are held at the Lindenhurst Park District

Family Music Masters

This class was designed around multiple sibling families. All ages join in musical activities designed to challenge children of different ages. Based on the Montessori philosophy of mentoring, Family Music Masters will benefit single child families wishing to participate in a multi-age classroom. All children who attend must be registered.

Music Masters 1

Make music a weekly part of your baby’s developmental experiences. Learn songs and activities you can do at home. Rhythm instruments, scarves, puppets, and books are used with poetry and song to create a rich learning environment.

Music Masters 2

Music is the ideal activity at this age for energy, independence, and social awareness. Singing, dancing, books, and pretend play, will delight your child in this class. Basic music concepts are introduced, increasing your child’s musical intelligence.
