Jazzercise focuses on total body conditioning with a fusion of jazz dance, resistance training, pilates, yoga and kickboxing. Routines are set to fresh new music geared for all ages and fitness levels. You get a complete workout in one-hour! There are 20+ classes/week held 7 days/week mornings and evenings.
