Jazzercise focuses on total body conditioning blending aerobics, strength training, yoga, pilates and kickboxing movement into fun dance routines set to fresh new music! We welcome all fitness levels. You get a complete workout in one hour! For more information call Anna at 847-838-3154 or www.jazzercise.com. You can also pick up a class schedule at the Lindenhurst Park District Community Center. Classes are held 6 days/week morning and evenings.
