Elements of Tai Chi and Yoga are combined to improve strength, balance, and
flexibility through a series of flowing movements and breathwork. This class follows the basic framework of the Tai Chi for Arthritis format and includes postures and breathing techniques of Hatha Yoga, and can be modified for those who want/need to use a chair.
