If you have ever been curious about meditation but aren't sure how to start or where to begin, this class will provide some answers. After a brief discussion about what meditation is (and is not), participants will be guided through a gentle meditation using breath as an object of awareness. Meditation is a great way to manage stress, improve your sense of well-being and find more enjoyment in daily life.
