This gentle style of yoga incorporates breathing techniques and the mind-body benefits of a traditional yoga class while seated in a chair. This is a safe and welcoming class for anyone who has limited mobility, who has difficulty getting up and down off of the floor, or for the person who is looking for a way to add movement and relaxation to their regular programs.
