This isn’t just crunches and planks. If you think your core is all about abdominals, you are missing out on some important muscle groups that contribute to core strength. The “core” includes muscle groups located in the trunk of the body, including those of the back, glutes, hips, and pelvic area. A strong core is essential for maintaining proper form during exercise and to carry out daily activities pain and injury free. Core and More is designed to work all muscles of the core safely and effectively to improve strength, power, stability and balance in all aspects of life.
