Family Olympics

We believe you can never be too young to enjoy athletics. Running, throwing, catching and kicking are all activities that will help your child develop their motor skills. Also, your child will be in an organized environment that will help them learn to listen, follow directions, share and get along with other kids. Sports such as soccer, basketball and t-ball will be played.

Mini Olympics

This exciting class focuses on fun while introducing kids to many different sports. Each week the theme sport will change. Games will be played to teach children the sport while keeping them moving and involved. Baseball, soccer, basketball, football and hockey are the main sports that will be covered.

Adventure Fitness Class

Want to get in shape but don’t know how? You don’t need to go to the gym for those boring workouts. Join us for this fun and high intensity fitness class. Each week will be a different sports theme work-out to make sure that every muscle group gets used. So be ready to sweat and have a great time while getting in shape!
