Come join the Zumba Fitness Craze! This "party style" mixes high energy and motivating music with unique moves that are fun and easy to do. Zumba music is a fusion of Latin and International music. The routines feature aerobic/fitness interval training with a combination of fast and slow rhythms that tone the entire body from top to bottom. Zumba utilizes the principles of fitness interval training to maximize caloric output, fat burning, and total body toning. As Women's World Magazine says, "Burn 500 calories an hour with The Hot New Workout--Zumba!" Zumba is great for the mind, body and soul!
