Indoor Track Stars

On your mark! Get Set! Go! Youth ages 7-14 excited about running, interested in improving their track and field skills, meeting new friends and having a good time, then this is the perfect class for you. Track and field fundamentals are taught with an emphasis on “fun conditioning”. Proper techniques for running and other common events will be taught including: middle/long distance sprints and relays. Running shoes are strongly recommended for this class. The track will be closed to public during this class.
