General Fitness


Boot Camp!

Looking for male and female recruits who are up for a challenge! This class will incorporate various stations and will begin with a warm-up and end with a cool down and stretch. Class will also include but not limited to squats, lunges, planks, push-up's, jumping rope, kickboxing and more. No equipment is needed. Bring a bottle of water!

Core Strength & Toning

This 45 minute class will concentrate on strengthening and toning your “core” muscles. The core muscles include your abdominal, oblique and back muscles. Class will include traditional and non-traditional toning exercises, utilizing some strength equipment. This class welcomes all fitness levels. Benefits include a stronger and leaner core as well as lowered risk of future back problems caused by everyday activities such a lifting groceries, laundry and children. Students with current back problems may want to consider other exercise options.

Mom's in Motion

Are you a new mom looking to get back into shape? Bring your stroller and walk our state-of-the-art, temperature controlled, suspended indoor walking track. There is no instructor for this class.

Family Dodgeball

Dodgeball is a great game to help your child learn the value of teamwork. What better way to do this than with the entire family? Have a great time with your kids. The sport does not require any special skills or prior knowledge. Kids love the game and are guarenteed to have a blast in this class.
