Walking Club
Are you ready to get out there and start your walking routine??? This is a great way to loose weight, get in shape and have fun! We will meet once a week to keep eachother on track with fitness and nutrition. We will walk outside or inside on our suspended running track. Each week we will walk and talk about healthy choices we are making. Each participant will keep a log of activity and food intake so we are more aware of our habits - good and bad!

Fox River Cruise and Late Lunch
Join us for a 4-mile sight seeing trip along the Fox River. We will get to the park and have a picnic lunch (included) before we board the St. Charles Belle or the Fox River Queen Paddleboat. There are openair decks and enclosed decks for your comfort. This is going to be a great afternoon!
