Experience more energy, better health, and flexibility, and find enhanced ability to deal with the challenges of everyday life. Students will learn the basic flow of yoga postures through the coordination of spine and body movements, controlled breathing, and deep relaxation of entire muscle groups. Please bring a mat/towel and wear comfortable clothing, such as tights, sweats or shorts.
