Cardio Kickbox
This power-packed, 60-minute workout combines high-intensity aerobics, boxing, kick boxing, and conditioning exercises. You will work the upper and lower body with an overall challenging workout. The class will provide you with true fitness results as well as practical and effective self-defense techniques. It's sure to knock your socks off. Handwraps are required for this class. Gloves are not required but are highly recommended. Both items can be found at any major sporting goods store. NEW! You may now pay per class. Class must have at least 4 participants to go.
