Belly Dancing
The belly-dancing workout is an ancient art that has made its way into health clubs as a modern means to help women maintain fitness levels. Belly-dancing increases core strength and tone legs and arms. It is a low impact alternative to weight lifting and aerobics. Dance your way into shape with gliding movements and simple feet patterns. Anyone can join and everyone will work new muscle groups. Veils will be provided. For beginning to advanced exercisers. All classes appropriate for all age groups. No prior background in dance is necessary. All bellies are welcome.
