Belly Dancing
The belly-dancing workout is an ancient art as a modern means to help women maintain fitness levels. Belly-dancing increases core strength and tone in legs and arms. It is a low impact alternative to weight lifting and aerobics. Anyone can join and everyone will work new muscle groups. Veils will be provided. No prior background in dance is necessary. All bellies are welcome.
