Park Shelter Rentals Begin

Fall 2010/Spring 2011 Soccer Registration

Saturday 05/1/10 - 05/31/10
Soccer registration for the Fall 2010/Spring 2011 season will be held the month of May at the Lindenhurst Park District Community Center, (Mon-Fri 9am-5pm). After this date, registration will be closed and you may be put on a waiting list with no guarantee that you will be placed on a team. If you register after May 31, a $10 late registration fee will be charged. A one-time uniform purchase consisting of a reversible jersey and socks is required. Black shorts are also required and may be purchased if needed. Players also need to provide their own shin guards. Each Fall and Spring Season will consist of one practice during the week in the evening and 7 weeks of games on Saturdays. Sign up is May 1-31 for children Kindergarten-8th grade (as of Fall, 2010). The fee is $95 each participant. If you volunteer to coach at the time of registration you will get a $10 discount!! Please note that special requests based on carpooling and friendships cannot be granted.

Engle Junction Preschool Family Picnic

The Engle Junction Preschool family picnic will be held at Millennium Park (201 Country Place Lane) on Friday, May 14th. Due to recent rain, families are encouraged to bring tarps or blankets if they wish to picnic in the grass. In the event of additional rain, please check the website at 8:30am for picnic updates. Reminder: There is no preschool on May 14th due to the family picnic.

Engle Junction Preschool Graduation

Wednesday 5:00 PM - 6:00 PM
Congratulations Engle Junction Preschool class of 2010! Four-Year-Old preschool classes will graduate this evening at 5:00pm. Graduates should arrive in their classrooms by 4:30pm.

The Lindenhurst Park District offices will be closed on Monday, May 31, in observance of Memorial Day.
