8 Weeks Training for Your First 5K

Are you ready to run your first 5k or just get in shape with others who have the same goal? We will work on walk/run progressions as well as stretching and core strength. You will be given a training program to follow for each week. At the end of the 8 weeks you will be ready to run your first 5k check out our Go Lindenhurst Earth Day Races! Some of our training will take place outdoors, so please dress accordingly and wear proper shoes.
