Training for Your First 5K

Are you ready to run your first 5k or just get in shape with others who have the same goal? We will meet once per week to work on walk/run progressions as well stretching and core strength and you will be given a training program to follow for each week. At the end of the 8-weeks - you will be ready to run your first 5k! Some of our training will take place outdoors, please dress accordingly and wear proper shoes.
