This program will address the major factors that contribute to Healthy Aging, including exercise, nutrition, brain health, fall prevention, stress management, personal safety, and the power of positive relationships. Each week will focus on a single topic and offer ways to incorporate positive changes to help you live a more invigorating life. A short presentation will be followed by a group discussion - bring your questions, concerns, suggestions, and tips you are willing to share with the group.
