You will learn how many calories your body needs (and itís more than 1200!), how to determine the number of calories in the foods you eat, and how to incorporate nutrient-dense foods into your meals. Whether you are looking to lose weight, or just make healthy changes to you existing meal plan, you will be given the tools and education you need to develop a healthy eating plan that can be part of your long-term healthy lifestyle.
