Do you want to get FIT? This Functionally Integrated Training Program is based on exercises that improve basic human movements such as squatting, pushing, and pulling. All of the movements are adaptable to individual fitness levels, allowing each participant to progress safely and efficiently. This program is designed to follow the basic principles of biomechanics, allowing each participant to become stronger, faster, and more flexible. This class is great for beginners but is also ideal for those already working out but want to amp up their workout to improve form and function.
