Lindenhurst Biggest Loser Challenge is an 12 week program that will teach you how to lose weight and keep it off. Participants meet together to learn about proper nutrition, how to improve eating habits and find out exactly how many calories a day your body burns. The goal is to live healthy with vim, vigor, and vitality for the rest of your life. Due to all the helpful information, attendance at the weekly meetings are a KEY factor in ensuring success. Each week includes a private weigh-in and consultation with coaches who offer meal options and encouragement to help reach your ideal weight and body composition. Each person will receive personalized coaching. Topics that will be discussed include protein, carbohydrates, water, digestion, vitamins, dining out, exercise, sugar, healthy oils and more. Prize money will be paid out by check after week 12. Winnings range from $450-$1000, the more participants, the bigger the prize, so bring your friends. Specific rules will be in place to keep everyone consistent. This is NOT an exercise class.
